May 4x4: Pink Paislee

My friend Jess Mutty came up with this fun experiment for a few of us to run on our blogs each month. We choose 4 products, and 4 scrapbookers (sometimes we will have a guest so it will be 5) will work with the same 4 products to create individual pages in our own styles.

I have seen this type of thing done before and always wanted to play along, and now I can! So, each month a different member of the 4x4 team will host - and post all the pages. Each participant then posts her page. This month you have to go to Jess's blog to see the full collection. Oh, and you definitely want to check out Jess' blog for more info on the challenge and prize. Of COURSE there is a challenge and prize! You didn't think we would forget the best part did you?

Be sure to check out the other ladies' blogs too though:
Dawn Perkins
Christina Colón

The Rules:
- We must use the same four products: two papers and two embellishments.
- We can only use one of each sheet of paper.
- We can use unlimited basics (card stock, ribbon, alphas, mists, etc.) as long as the four main products are the focus.
- We cannot share our finished pages with each other until we are all done so that we do not influence each others’

Here is the page that I created this month. In addition to the 4 stipulated products, I added some American Crafts black thickers, Bazzill Black cardstock, Bazzill white cardstock, teal twine, Soiree flags from Pink Paislee and some black Clearsnap ink.
These are the products that we used:
